When a montage of reality TV shows played at the 2012 Primetime Emmys not every reality series made the cut, including ABC's "The Bachelor."

"Bachelor" host Chris Harrison, who also did red carpet reporting for ABC, took to Twitter to call out the network on the oversight. He also retweeted several annoyed fans.

"The Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" producer Mike Fleiss also tweeted to express his dismay.

Chris Harrison
Epic fail huge slap! RT : No clip in the year in reality montage. And it's on ABC to boot. What an insult.

Mike Fleiss
‘The Bachelor’ faces a different sort of Emmy snub by ABC This was a slap in the face to all

The show wasn't nominated for an Emmy, but "The Amazing Race" took home the Emmy for reality-competition program. See more of the 2012 Primetime Emmy winners in the gallery below.
