Nothing reverse about it, Brewer and other Govenors have NO CHOICE they must either form a health exchange or defer to the Federal Government-THAT'S THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW REQUIREMENT. Arizona citizens and concerned elected officials should make sure she doesn't short change the program to benefit other than the citizens. Brewer should not be trusted.

GOP State governors still playing politics with the health & welfare of their citizens. ObamaCares was passed by Congress.
ObamaCares was signed into law by Pres. Obama.
ObamaCares was ruled "Constitutional by United States Supreme Court.

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer has made previous Health Care executive decisions involving Medicaid provided Organ Transplant funding. As Arizona Gov., Brewer found the costs unacceptable and cut the funding, resulting in the death of patients waiting on transplant procedure. Killing your Arizona citizens is NOT good governing.

And then there is Texas. Texas turned down the money for Medicare (part of the package) and will deny health insurance to the poorest. Why, probably because the money had to be used for a specific purpose and could not be used for balancing the state budget (done in the past with other funds).

So, if there are states who refuse to uphold the ACA law, even one that has been tested in the Supreme Court, would this end up being like the civil rights laws back in the sixties? Would the federal government have it within its power to send in the troops (I know - a bit of an over-kill), but perhaps charge crimes against the uncooperative Republican leaders? Wouldn't that be a hoot watching this group marched into a court themselves.

I like the way some of the anti-health-exchange groups want to let the Feds set up the exchanges. Doing that would move those states extremely close to a single-payer system, because you can bet the Feds would game the exchanges in that direction. This is fine with me, since I'd like to see us catch up with the rest of the developed world, but I doubt the Republican governors would appreciate the delicious irony.
