According to The Daily Mail, the striking coffee cup art was created by an anonymous friend of artist Stuart Rutherford, a resident of the UK who posted a picture of the intense owl to his twitter. Thousands of likes and shares later, the foam-creation -- made after the clever java-drinker dropped two potato-based snacks called Hula Hoops into his mug -- is now a burgeoning viral sensation.

We're not sure if the work has been digitally manipulated, but we'll let you decide, readers. What do you think of this crafty cup art?
