Numbers Expert Says Detroit Population Has Dipped Below 700,000, But Is Starting To Turn Corner

Detroit Population Is Still Declining, But Not As Quickly

DETROIT, MI -- A local demographer says the city is starting to turn the corner when it comes to population and income figures, but that statistics still show dire conditions for Detroiters.
