It was a huge week in the celebrity world as TV's brightest stars hit the red carpet for the 2012 Emmy Awards. Plus, two Hollywood mommies welcomed new additions to their broods.
"Modern Family" stars Julie Bowen and Sofia Vergara, as well as fellow celebrities like Claire Danes, Nicole Kidman, Jon Hamm, Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Kerry Washington, Michael C. Hall, Hayden Panettiere and many more stepped out on Sunday (September 23) for the Emmys looking fabulous, as usual. Bowen and Danes walked away with awards for Best Actress in a Comedy and Drama, respectively, while Jon Cryer and Damian Lewis won for male leads.
Meanwhile, "Homeland" took the award for Best Drama Series, while "Modern Family" won for Comedy Series, once again.
In other news, two famous moms gave birth to bundles of joy this week! Sarah Michelle Gellar and her husband, Freddie Prinze Jr., welcomed a son, whose name has yet to be released, and Reese Witherspoon gave birth to a boy, Tennessee James -- her first child with husband Jim Toth.
And sadly, "Sons of Anarchy" actor, Johnny Lewis, died on Wednesday (September 26) after his body was found in the driveway of his home. He is reportedly a suspect in the murder of his 81-year-old landlady.
It was a jam-packed couple of days, so check out some photos below:
