Jake Locker Injury: Titans QB Injured On Hit From Texans' Glover Quin (VIDEO)

Titans QB Leaves Game After Taking Brutal Hit

The Tennessee Titans did not get off to a fast start against the Houston Texans and suffered an injury that could keep them from ever getting up to full speed.

Already trailing 7-0 when he got the ball for his second possession of the game, Titans quarterback Jake Locker dropped back to pass inside his own 10-yard line and kept his eyes to one side of the field. From the other side, Houston safety Glover Quin came charging. With Locker completely unaware, Quin planted him into the ground.

Locker stayed down and was attended to by trainers before getting helped to the locker room, according to ProFootballTalk. Jason La Canfora tweeted that Locker suffered a shoulder injury and his return is questionable.
