"Step by Step" -- which premiered on ABC in 1991 -- was one of the first shows post-"Brady Bunch" to highlight the complexities of the modern blended family.
The show centers on divorced father-of-three Frank Lambert (Patrick Duffy) and widowed mother-of-three Carol Foster (Suzanne Somers) as they marry and blend their families, despite the kids' initial resentments of each other.
Below, a look back at the stars of the beloved 90s sitcom. Click through the slides to see what they're doing now and then weigh in: Did "Step By Step" change the way you viewed non-traditional families?
