If you were lucky enough to have a treehouse growing up, chances are it didn’t light up or resemble a fictional school from your favorite sci-fi novels. It was probably the run-of-the-mill wooden abode that you escaped to when your little sister was just a little too much to handle. And though it wasn’t outrageously designed, it was still awesome. So for those of you who weren’t fortunate enough to have a secret refuge, we’ve put together a slideshow of cool treehouse designs we wished we had growing up.
