"Pretty Little Liars" has been renewed for a Season 4. ABC Family picked up the popular teen-oriented series for 24 new episodes.

Season 4 will kick off sometime in mid-2013, but you don't have to wait that long for a "Pretty Little Liars" fix. The series' Season 3 winter premiere is scheduled for January of 2013, and ABC Family will also air "This Is a Dark Ride," a special Halloween-themed episode of "Pretty Little Liars" on October 23 at 8 p.m. ET.

In “This Is a Dark Ride," Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer are hoping for some Halloween fun after the traumatic events with Nate, but "A" is there to ruin their plans. "American Idol" veteran Adam Lambert will perform.

ABC Family says "Pretty Little Liars" is its No. 1 series of all time. In summer of 2012, the show was No.1 in viewers 12-34 and females 12-34.
