A 10,027 square foot home in Castle Pines Village is listed on the market for $10 million.

The home features Marpa Award-winning landscapes, an on-site teahouse surrounded by a koi fish pond, a guest house, pool and breathtakingly open interiors.

The landscaping, outdoor design and architecture were all done by local designers Chris Davis, Sarah Brown and Martin Mosko, while the interior design is by Richard Lee of New York.

“A contemplative garden is a place to discover the magic of who we are and how we join with the world around us," outdoor landscaping artist Martin Mosko and Alxe Noden wrote in "Landscape As Spirit: Creating A Contemplative Garden."

"By engaging and delighting the senses, it brings the mind to attention, to a fuller awareness not only of the natural world, but also of the sacred that inhabits the space. It is landscape as spirit.”
