Austin Azurdia Goal: Rivermen Junior Hockey Player Pulls Off Toe Drag For Amazing Last-Second Goal (VIDEO)

WATCH: The Best Goal During The NHL Lockout?

Talk about coming through in the clutch.

Despite losing the start of the NHL season to an ongoing labor dispute, junior hockey leagues have continued to operate under the radar to most casual fans of the sport. Though typically lacking the speed of its major league counterpart, the game is not without some serious skill.

Case in point: Austin Azurdia's impressive last-second goal for the Langley Rivermen of the BCHL.

With five seconds left in the third period, Azurdia received a pass at center ice before unleashing a sneaky toe drag between the legs of a defenseman to go top shelf for the game-winning goal. There were just 0.3 seconds left on the clock when the Rivermen took a 4-3 lead.

With a dangle like that, you can bet that Pavel Datsyuk would nod in approval. Even if he is somewhere very, very, far away.
