Lindsay Lohan has no right to complain about high taxes because she uses public services -- specifically the police -- more than anyone.
The troubled actress and her mother, Dina Lohan, were involved in a "blowout, violent fight" early Wednesday morning that resulted in a 911 call to the police, reports TMZ.
The mother-daughter duo went to the Electric Room inside the Dream Downtown in New York, before heading back to Dina's Long Island home around 4 a.m., and sources told the website the argument began in the car and escalated when they arrived home. Sources told TMZ the fight turned physical and Lindsay sustained a cut on her leg, and had a bracelet broken during the fight.
A 911 call was placed and the caller told the dispatcher that Lindsay was being held against her will by her mother and the driver. Police sources told TMZ they responded to the domestic violence call, and took an incident report, but no arrests were made.
"She [Lindsay] was yelling "I’ve had enough of this!’" witness John Scalesi, told the New York Post.
“It was just a verbal dispute in the vehicle. It was an argument between Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina,” said Nassau police Inspector Kenneth Lack. “Lindsay called her father and her father called police.”
Michael Lohan confirmed to the Post that Lindsay and Dina had been arguing in the car, but added: “It was a hell of a lot more than that.”
Lindsay is no stranger to scuffles these days, as it was just last week that she alleged she was assaulted by a man who tagged along with her entourage back to her hotel room. The 26-year-old claimed he threw her down on the bed, scratching her. When she left the room and returned later, he reportedly choked her from behind and threw her on the floor. Assault charges against Christian LaBella were dropped after detectives investigated further.
And with Lindsay in the news every week for some sort of debacle, Dina has been constantly running to her daughter's defense, trying to run damage control. Dina, however, might have problems of her own to deal with. The 50-year-old's recent interview with Dr. Phil, in which she appeared to be drunk, showed that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
UPDATE: The New York Daily News reports that Lindsay and her mother were arguing over an unpaid $40,000 loan she gave Dina.
UPDATE 2: TMZ is reporting that Lindsay called her father and made a "hysterical plea" for help. The website claims to have obtained an audio recording of the phone call, and says that Lindsay claimed she was being kidnapped by Dina, and screamed:
"Dad, she's on cocaine. She's like touching her neck, and s**t ... She's saying disgusting things to me ... I'm dead to her now."
The actress also is heard calling her mother "nuts" and at one point in the conversation, she can be heard telling Dina, "This is what you do. You ruin people."
Ouch!
UPDATE 3: Michael Lohan has confirmed to The Huffington Post that the audio tape exists.
"Dina is crazy and out of her mind. Both Dina and Lindsay need help," he said.
