As the head writer for "Saturday Night Live" for the better half of a decade, Seth Meyers can now compare the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections with ease. According to him, it's a lot easier to mock four new candidates (as opposed to two incumbents) but the most important thing is that Joe Biden is still ripe for parody.
On Thursday's episode of "The View," Meyers sat down to talk about Big Bird's appearance on last week's episode and what he expects from tonight's Vice Presidential debate. Calling Biden 'the loosest canon on the ship,' Seth confesses that as long as the VP candidates drop a few pop culture references, the "SNL" writing staff's (probably) cocktail-infused debate watching session should provide more than enough material for this weekend's episode.
