President Obama Returning To 'The Daily Show With Jon Stewart' For The Sixth Time

Together Again

President Obama will face Jon Stewart for the sixth time on Thursday, October 18, Comedy Central has announced. It will be the president's second visit to "The Daily Show" since the 2008 election.

The last time President Obama sat down with Stewart, he faced some tough questions from the host on the economy, healthcare and his first-term record. This time around could prove an even more contentious meeting, with the president's campaign and debate performances up for discussion (the second debate between Obama and Romney will have taken place by the time of the taping). Stewart has been particularly critical recently of the Obama campaign's attempts to capitalize on Romney's Big Bird comment, insisting that the president should "let it go."
