In honor of the Graphics Interchange Format (GIF)'s 25th anniversary ,Tumblr and Paddle8 have collaborated on "Moving the Still," an open-call exhibition made of user-submitted GIFs from around the world. The winning GIFs will be featured in an exhibition at Art Basel Miami Beach this December.

The competition goes live today on Tumblr and is accepting submissions until November 7th. Winners will be announced November 26, 2012, so get moving!
