Bill O'Reilly: Debates 'A Waste Of Time' (VIDEO)

WATCH: O'Reilly Freaks Out About Debates

Bill O'Reilly continued his post-debate freakout on Tuesday night, calling them a "waste of time" and "out of date."

O'Reilly was both agitated and deflated on the morning after the last presidential debate. He said he'd learned "nothing" and essentially dubbed the sessions the most boring things in the history of the world.

By evening, it was clear that O'Reilly's emotions were still in the same place, as he proved during his opening monologue.

"NOBODY won!" he started, shouting the "nobody." "But we the American people lost. That's because the debate was BORING! Same old stuff over and over, and where were the pointed questions by Bob Schieffer? ... all the questions were GENERAL, which allowed both candidates to recite their talking points."

He also had a theory for why Mitt Romney wasn't more aggressive towards Barack Obama: "Many ladies do not like confrontation."

O'Reilly then talked to Charles Krauthammer, who disagreed with him entirely. Krauthahmmer said that if people wanted"information," they could get an encyclopedia.

"I don't understand why you're supporting this system which is number one out of date and number two a waste of time," O'Reilly shot back. "The moderator basically is setting them up for propaganda purposes! ... All the moderator has to do is make the questions, Charles, sharply focused!"

Krauthammer, on a slightly more even keel, continued to disagree. O'Reilly continued to rant.

"What would have been wrong with posing [a sharp question about Libya] in a foreign policy debate TO GET IT ROLLING?" he asked. "At least ask a penetrating question!"

He later got to the crux of the matter, telling Krauthammer, "If you did the moderator or I did, you wouldn't get that!"
