Now that Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi's little meatball has finally arrived, she's basking in motherhood and is totally ready to let go of "Jersey Shore."

The reality star and her fiancé, Jionni LaValle, stopped by the "Today" show" this morning (Oct. 24) to talk about their new lives as parents and how everything is going at home with 2-month-old Lorenzo Dominic.

"It's crazy 'cause, you know me, I always wanted to have a good time. 'Where's the next party? What am I going to do tonight?'" Snooki told Savannah Guthrie of her lifestyle change. "And now it's just like, you know, 'I love my baby. What can we do with him?' It's just totally different."

And LaValle chimed in, insisting he's seen a change in the former party girl, saying, "She loves [Lorenzo]. She's a great mom."

Still, the first-time dad does admit it's not easy being a parent. "It's just time-consuming, it's 24 hours," he said. "It's a lot of fun though."

As for what little Lorenzo is like, both Snooki and LaValle think he's a clone of the Seaside Heights gal.

"Most people say he looks like her," LaValle confessed, with Snooki adding, "Yeah, I think he just always craves attention and I feel like that's me. He always wants to be held and coddled."

And he's definitely taking after his mommy in the "Jersey Shore" fashion department -- although we're pretty sure Lorenzo has no choice!

"I try to make him look good," Snooki said. "He likes to be in sweats and I like to put him in nice outfits. Polos. So you know, he has to look good."

But even though the "Jersey Shore" is ending after this season, Snooki is ready to retire from partying and be a full-time mom.

"I definitely partied for three people my entire life, so now I feel like I have a family, I have a baby now and this is just like a new chapter in my life and I love it," Snooki explained. "I'm so excited."

"It's definitely bittersweet," she added of the end of the beloved reality show. "But you know, me being pregnant, filming the last season, it was just like the right time -- when we're all growing up, going our separate ways…So I think this was the perfect time, but I'm definitely going to miss it."
