Let's be honest: Blue eyeshadow is a little intimidating, and can also veer '80s real fast. However, when we ran into Linda Tol, a model walking around SoHo, we had a change of heart about the polarizing color. To keep it this side of classy, Linda employs a dark greyish-blue shade from YSL to create a smudgy liner (the trick is not applying the shadow too high on your lid, which can start to look a little like Mimi from "The Drew Carey Show").
