It's a "Cheers" reunion on "Giant Baby." Rhea Perlman will co-star opposite Kirstie Alley in the "Dancing with the Stars" all star's TV Land pilot.

"Giant Baby" stars Alley as Madison “Maddie” Banks, a Broadway star who gave her son up for adoption 26 years ago. He returns to her life, turning it upside down, looking to connect with Maddie after his adopted mother has died. According to TV Land, "Maddie doesn’t exactly see nerdy and schlubby Arlo fitting in with her luxurious lifestyle. When her attempt to change Arlo backfires, Maddie finds that perhaps they both could use a little change in their lives."

Perlman will play Thelma, Maddie's assistant/best friend who encourages her to form a relationship with her son.

“We've hit the jackpot getting Kirstie and Rhea back together,” Keith Cox, executive vice president of development and original programming at TV Land, said in a statement. "It's a dream to work with such talented comedic actors like these ladies and create a show for them that's funny and has interesting characters -- 'Giant Baby' hits all of those notes."

Perlman and Alley recently participated in the 30th anniversary "Cheers" reunion. The two previously worked on Alley's ABC pilot "The Manzanis." However, it did not make it to series.

“We've had our eye on Kirstie Alley for a long time, and we finally got her!" executive producer Larry W. Jones said in a statement when the pilot was announced. "With this project, our practice of working with A-list talent both on and off screen continues. Marco's history working for top shows speaks for itself and Kirstie is an iconic TV comedienne. We can't wait to get started.”
