Football Flip: High School Running Back Executes Impressive Aerial Move Over Defender (VIDEO)

WATCH: Running Back Stuns Defender With Incredible Flip

Someone call Jerome Simpson, because the acrobatic wide receiver may have recently been upstaged by an agile high school student.

During a scrimmage at an unknown high school, the running back got the ball on an option play and started running to his right. As a defender fought through a block, the running back ran directly toward him and executed an incredible 180 flip over his head before landing gracefully on his feet en route to an easy touchdown. Amazingly, he doesn't even miss a beat when transitioning from his landing to the run. Unfortunately the description accompanied with the video on YouTube doesn't specify the high school or the running back.

Naturally, his move was met with some pretty enthusiastic reactions from the sidelines.

When Jerome Simpson flipped over a Cardinals defender last season, he landed on his feet in the end zone for a touchdown. But he did use his left hand to keep his balance. Does this random student's flip top Simpson's?
