'Long Island Medium': Theresa Reaches Grieving Couple's Daughter

Two parents came to see Theresa after the loss of their young daughter on "Long Island Medium." Theresa was able to reach out to Angelina, their child who'd suffered from Marfan's syndrome and died during open heart surgery. In doing so, she was able to give the grieving parents the comfort they needed.

"She wants you to know that God came for her," Theresa told the parents. She also said that Angelina wanted her parents to think that if she hadn't died, they would have never had her brother.

"We would never have had our son if Angelina was still alive, because we were prepared to devote our lives to taking care of her," Angelina's mother admitted.

It was a powerful moment for the parents, who were able to find some comfort with their daughter's passing.

"Long Island Medium" touches lives every Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
