Postpone Election Day? Should Voting Be Delayed Due To Sandy? (VIDEO)

With 20 percent of the country affected by Sandy and millions without power, access to voting this Election Day will be difficult, if not impossible, for many East Coasters. While Congress technically has the Constitutional power to change when voters go to the polls, without a change in existing federal law, it is highly unlikely a state can change Election Day without facing legal action and logistical obstacles that would push back the results of the election.

But regardless of whether or not officials can postpone the election, due to the circumstances now facing millions of Americans on the East Coast, should we postpone the election?
