Juliette started to suffer the fallout from her nail polish theft on "Nashville." The cell phone video some fans took of her caught in the act went viral, damaging her good-girl image. When she was convinced to try and get in front of it with an interview on "Good Morning America," Juliette screwed that up as well. She lied about what happened and then abandoned the interview when Robin Roberts asked about her mother.

It seems pretty clear that her mother's presence in the house is causing Juliette to unravel emotionally, regressing to past coping behavior. Her mother seems to be genuinely trying to reconnect with her daughter, but will Juliette's downward spiral destroy her career? Her tour is already in jeopardy, so she's going to need to do some serious damage control because, as Buddy TV pointed out, both Juliette and her career are a mess right now.

Meanwhile, Rayna's husband Teddy has a secret, and actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley knows a thing or two about it. And not because the former "According to Jim" star is married to real-life country music superstar Brad Paisley. Unfortunately, this week's episode didn't share with the viewers what that was, but it certainly seemed like something pretty bigger than just a past -- or current -- romantic relationship.

Watch it all play out on "Nashville," Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
