Kentucky Polls 2012: Closing Time, Opening Time, And Where To Vote

If you live in Kentucky, here's what you need to know about voting on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012.

The closing time for Kentucky polls is 6 p.m. local time; part of the state is located in the Central Time zone and part is in the Eastern Time zone, but regardless, the polls close at 6 p.m. your time.

Opening time for polls in Kentucky is 6 a.m.

In the presidential race, the winner of Kentucky will receive eight electoral votes. The state has voted for the Republican presidential candidate for three consecutive elections.
