Arkansas Election Results 2012 MAP: Presidential And House Winners (REAL-TIME DATA)

This is where you'll find the Arkansas election results for the 2012 presidential election and the state's House contests, as well as ballot questions, including Issue 5, which would authorize the use of medical marijuana in the state.

Arkansas has six electoral votes, and Mitt Romney, the former governor of Massachusetts and 2012 Republican presidential candidate, had a significant lead in the polls going into Election Day.

Most prediction models, including HuffPost Pollster's estimate, predicted Romney would beat President Barack Obama in Arkansas.

In 2008, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) easily won the Natural State, edging out Obama with 58.8 percent of the vote.
