Emily Maynard and fiance Jef Holm split up just three weeks ago, but the "Bachelorette" already has herself a new man.

Maynard is reportedly dating Jason White, a 33-year-old NASCAR truck racer from Richmond, Va., according to Us Weekly. The two were spotted getting cozy at Carrie Underwood's Charlotte, N.C., concert on Nov. 3. "They were all over each other," a source told the magazine. "Jason guided her through the crowd and held her hand as they walked downstairs."

The source added that dating White feels natural for Maynard, who was previously engaged to NASCAR driver Ricky Hendricks. "Emily tried something new, dating Jef. She is going to go back to what she knows and considers safe."

Hendricks died in a plane crash in 2004. Returning to the racetrack may be a source of comfort for the 26-year-old single mom, but White is not the first man Maynard has been linked to since getting involved with Holm.

In August, infamous "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" insider, Steve "Reality Steve" Carbone, tweeted that Maynard was cheating on Holm with Oakland Raiders quarterback Matt Leinart. Us Weekly later reported that Holm's ex girlfriend, Kaylee Shepherd, confirmed that Holm found texts between Maynard and Leinart.

Holm and Maynard publicly announced their split on Oct. 16 after weeks of speculation.

"I am sorry to tell you that Jef and I have, indeed, parted ways," Maynard told People magazine. "It was a very difficult and heartbreaking decision. She continued, "As you know, at first I wasn't sure that I should even be The Bachelorette, but I am a hopeless romantic and I do believe in the show. I have no regrets because I did find love and shared an incredible journey with a really special person – and you know what, we tried our best because the love between us was so real."

The two got engaged during the July finale of "The Bachelorette."
