British Train Passenger Hurls Homophobic Insults At Two Gay Men

WATCH: UK Man Hurls Anti-Gay Insults At Two Men On Train

Update on November 13 at 10:46am ET: The British Transport Police say the 56-year-old man accused of the attack has apologized to the victims and they have accepted it.

Footage of a British man's homophobic rant is going viral in the blogosphere after being uploaded to YouTube by the two victims who encountered the culprit on a train.

The passenger, who Pink News reports is 56 years old, hurls anti-gay insults at the two men, calling them "queers," "faggots" and "faggot f**kers" in the rant.

Queerty also points out that one of the victims claimed the passenger yelled, "“If my son was gay I would burn him. You two should be burnt.”

A spokesman for the British Transport police tells Pink News the man seen in the footage was arrested on suspicion of a public order offense on a Manchester Airport-bound train. “Following an investigation, which included obtaining witness statements and an interview of the offender, he received an official police caution for a public order offence and was released from police custody the following afternoon,” the spokesman said.
