'Skyfall' Dominates Weekend Box Office

The box office this weekend was dominated by the latest James Bond movie, "Skyfall."

The movie made $90 million on its opening weekend, making it the most successful James Bond movie opening to date. It beat out "Quantum of Solace," which made $67.5 million on its opening weekend in November. THR projects that "Skyfall" will out-earn the $586.1 million grossed by "Quantum of Solace" and $594.2 million grossed by "Casino Royale" on worldwide runs.

Coming in at number two was animated picture "Wreck-It Ralph," which made $33.1 million. After a successful opening weekend last week, the movie has now made $93.7 million.

Denzel Washington's drama, "Flight," made $15.1 million to bring it to number three at the box office. The movie is receiving Oscar buzz for Washington's performance and has reached a cumulative total of $47.8 million.

Coming in at number four was Ben Affleck's "Argo" with $6.7 million. "Taken 2" took the number five spot with $4 million for the weekend.
