'Outback Hunters': Seeking 'Ghost Croc' That Has 'Haunted' Village For 60 Years (VIDEO)

'Outback Hunters': Hunting The 'Ghost Croc'

It wasn't just any crocodile the guys of "Outback Hunters" were tracking on the latest installment of the hit show. Paul Henwood and his team were tracking a beast that had been terrorizing a nearby village for 60 years. They'd come to call it the "ghost croc."

Henwood took the hunt very seriously, saying, "Even though you’re hunting a croc, don’t think that croc’s not watching you. ... I saw it take off the head of an animal in a split second.”

Finally one night, Henwood saw the creature he was after. He and his team managed to shoot the "ghost croc," which was enough to impress themselves.

Henwood said of his team's efforts, "We’ve taken out the only ghost croc that no one else could get."

The adventure continues on "Outback Hunters," Sundays at 11 p.m. ET on History.
