Colbert & Susan Lucci Turn Petraeus Scandal Into Real Soap Opera (VIDEO)

Stephen Colbert went after the David Petraeus love triangle last night -- or as he dubbed it, the "love pentagon." That may indeed be a more accurate term, as the cast of characters is ever-expanding and difficult to follow, like it's turned into a covert ops soap opera right before the country's eyes. We halfway expect Susan Lucci to pop up at some point.

Well, on last night's "Colbert Report," she did. The perennial soap star stopped by to tell Stephen about some new revelations in the Petraeus case. And slap him for being a bastard.
