Reggie Evans must not have learned much from the NBA's video explaining its new flopping rules.

The Brooklyn Nets enforcer was unsuccessful in drawing a foul when he blatantly embellished contact with Boston rookie Jared Sullinger in the beginning of the second quarter on Thursday night. Evans and Sullinger got tangled up underneath the basket going for a rebound. Evans then flailed his arms and fell on his back, drawing a whistle.

But the referee didn't call a foul on Sullinger. Instead, the official called a double personal foul on Evans.

After watching the replay, TNT broadcaster Steve Kerr noted that Evans was actually in the video the NBA used to explain its new flopping policy. In fact, Evans is the first player shown in the video.

Not surprisingly, Evans made ESPN True Hoop's "Flop Of The Night."

Evans developed quite the reputation for flopping after last season when he played for the Clippers. Here's why:
