They might be officially divorced, but the war between Kelsey Grammer and his ex, Camille Grammer, is far from over.

“Kelsey just purchased a new house in Beverly Hills last year. Now he wants to keep that house and move into the house Camille and Kelsey renovated and shared in Holmby Hills,” a friend of Camille's tells The Huffington Post. “It makes no sense. Camille doesn't understand why he wants to move when he has a beautiful new house. Camille offered him to buy her out of her half of the house -- that makes perfectly good sense, and he refused but still wants to move in."

The pair has been trying to sell the 10,000-square-foot mansion they bought together for $16 million. The problem is that the home still has a mortgage on it; something Camille refuses to pay half of while her ex lives there with his new wife and baby.

One insider tells me that Camille just wants to make up whatever money she can after the house is sold and mortgage paid off. "But it's going to be much harder to sell if he's living in it," the insider said.

A judge rejected Camille's request to bar Kelsey from moving back into the house. However, the judge did set a date for a hearing on the matter, according to Perez Hilton.

TMZ reports that court documents reveal that Camille gets $41,000 a month in spousal and child support.
