Starbucks announced this week that they'll be introducing a new type of coffee to 48 of their US stores and that it will be their most expensive coffee yet. It's called Costa Rica Finca Palmilera, and it runs for $7 a cup.

Jimmy Kimmel heard about the new launch and felt a little skeptical as to whether or not coffees could be that different from one another. It's all in our heads, he reasoned.

So he took some cups out to Hollywood Boulevard and asked pedestrians to do a sort of Pepsi Challenge -- could they tell which was the regular cup of coffee and which was the $7 premium stuff?

The only catch was both cups were full of regular.
