Mel Brooks' 1974 film "Blazing Saddles" tackled racism in a satirical and absurd way that has had a lasting impression on on the movie business, and it is to this day credited as one of the great American comedies. When Brooks stopped by Conan on Tuesday, the host asked him about one of his favorite scenes from the film, as well as the one Brooks cut that went too far, even for him.
