Halle Berry House For Sale After Thanksgiving Brawl Between Fiance & Ex-Boyfriend

Halle Berry's Saying Bye-Bye To Bad Memories

Halle Berry's Hollywood Hills home is reportedly on the market, and news of the quiet listing broke less than a week after her fiance Olivier Martinez beat ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry to a bloody pulp outside the home's front door.

The mansion is being quietly shopped around for $15 million in a pocket-listing, according to TMZ, and Berry has already reportedly received an $11 million offer. The Tuscan-style estate, which boasts almost 6,000 square feet of living space, also features a pool and spa, big backyard and a 1,400-square-foot guest house. Don't forget the motor court -- where Martinez and Aubry came to blows during the worst Thanksgiving dinner ever.

Lest you think Berry's trying to dump the place to get rid of bad vibes, the home was quietly being shopped around weeks before the Turkey Day brawl, notes TMZ.

A more likely reason for the sale? Berry's impending move to France, where Martinez is from. In August of this year, the "Cloud Atlas" star filed a request in family court for permission to move to Paris, where she claims she and daughter Nahla will be shielded from the paparazzi's prying lenses (as well as a couple of the star's violent stalkers).

Unfortunately for her, a judge blocked the move earlier this month after Aubry challenged the request.

Since the brawl, Berry has gone to court to extend a temporary restraining order against Aubry.
