Cops says they've arrested a man they firmly believe to be the 'well-dressed groper.' The slickly dressed serial sexual assaulter, according to the NYPD, is 31-year-old Paul Kraft, who was arrested Tuesday.

Karl Vanderwoude, a Bible-study leader from Park Slope, was arrested in the assaults earlier this year, but later released when his alibis proved solid.

This time, cops are sure they got the right man.

"We did lineups with all five victims and four of them positively [identified] him,” a law-enforcement source told The New York Post.

“He’s a dead ringer for the man on the video. It’s him. His MetroCard places him at the crime scenes.”

According to The Post, Kraft is charged with five counts of forcible touching and five counts of sexual abuse. He is also charged with one count of unlawful surveillance.

The "well-dressed groper" is implicated in five incidents in Manhattan. The first occurred on February 25 at East 62nd and Park Avenue on the Upper East Side when a 33-year-old woman was approached from behind and grabbed on the inner-thigh.

In another incident, Kraft is accused of grabbing a woman's buttocks and her private area. He is also accused of using his cellphone to film up a woman's skirt.

Kraft is currently free on $5,000 bond.
