Beauty Street Style: Anabel Peña, Psychology Student, Reveals 'Really Cheap' Long Hair Trick

This tip really works!

We here at HuffPost Style are in constant flux of chopping off our hair or waiting (impatiently) for it to grow out. So whenever we hear of a new way to help hair grow faster, consider us on board. Such was the case when we learned about Anabel Peña's secret for long, healthy hair.

"Mane 'n Tail shampoo and conditioner," the psychology student told us. "It's really cheap and helps my hair grow. I shampoo once or twice a week and will condition occasionally in between washes if my hair seems really dry. I usually keep my hair curly, but when I want it straight I just have it blown out at a salon -- I never use a flat iron." (Admittedly, that will keep hair long and healthy, as well.) Check out the rest of her beauty essentials below.
