New year, new you! Health and nutrition expert Joy Bauer gave advice on sticking to a weight loss plan this year when she joined me on Mondays With Marlo. Her first suggestion was to make tangible goals. Realistic, specific goals should be made on a week-to-week basis. Add on a few more goals each week, and by the time you make it to February, you will have the stamina to continue with your new, healthy routine.
