Tips For Hypoglycemics, From Joy Bauer (WATCH)

When health and nutrition expert Joy Bauer met with me on Mondays With Marlo, she gave suggestions for hypoglycemics to keep their blood sugar in check. She advised carrying around a piece of fruit, because it contains natural sugar and is packed with fiber. This will bring blood sugar up slowly. An apple, a banana and grapes are all good options.
