Indiana Basketball Christmas Lights: Christian Watford Buzzer Beater Inspires X-Mas Display (VIDEO)

Indiana's Win Over Kentucky Made Into X-Mas Lights Display

Before you get too worked up about the scale of your neighbor's Christmas decorations, you might want to take this high Wat-age display inspired by the Indiana Hoosiers.

Around this time last year, Christian Watford put Indiana back on the college basketball map when he drained a buzzer-beating 3-pointer to defeat No. 1 Kentucky. One household apparently decided to combine their passion for IU with their holiday spirit.

Alex Bozich, editor and founder of the Indiana hoops blog Inside the Hall, tweeted out a video of the Christmas light show that's played to Indiana play-by-play commentator Don Fischer's call of Watford's 3-pointer.

Bozich's tweet drew a response from Missy Girardot, who claimed that it was her home in the video.

When another Indiana basketball blog, The Homegrown Hoosier Report, posted this video, Girardot turned up in the comments section.

"That’s our home in Ft Wayne Indiana! Purdue and Wisconsin Fans live in our Culdesac. Our bill isn’t bad, it’s all LED lights, thanks for the share," she wrote.

For those not quite as in-tune with Hoosiers hoops, here is the moment that inspired this display.
