Just in time for the holiday season, Private Islands Inc. is advertising a series of private islands selling for under $350,000.
The showcase of "cheap" private islands comes just after America's cheapest private island went on sale in November for $119,900.
Since the collapse of the housing market, the value of private islands has dropped around 25 percent, the Wall Street Journal reports.
