'American Horror Story' Star Lands A New TV Gig

James Cromwell's donning some more doctor gear.

According to TV Guide, Cromwell is headed to the NBC series to play a "renowned" surgeon for an unknown number of episodes.

Cromwell currently appears on "American Horror Story: Asylum" as Dr. Arden, a former Nazi who performs gruesome experiments on his patients.

Brenda Song is stopping by "New Girl."The Disney Channel actress has landed a recurring role as a new love interest for Winston (Lamorne Morris). [EW]

"Bones" lands Ever Carradine. Carradine is set to appear on the Fox series as Dolores Hyams, a widow of a police officer and a working class single mother. [TVLine]

Theo Rossi is guest starring on "Law & Order: SVU:" The "Sons of Anarchy" actor is headed to the NBC procedural as Enrique Rodriguez, a "working-class Catholic who is determined to seek justice for his sister when he finds that she was part of a church cover-up." [TVLine]
