Julie Lin, a blogger came on HuffPost Live and told Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani her incredible proposal story in which her husband pulled out all the stops.
"My husband and I don't have many surprises and I knew he had bought the ring so I was like, 'What's taking you so long to pick it up?'" Lin said.
After a "Sex And The City" tour with a photographer, Lin was brought up to the penthouse of a building and found her husband on one knee surrounded by rose petals.
