Recipe Of The Day: Cauliflower Soup (PHOTOS)

On a cold winter night, a cauliflower soup recipe is just what you need to make things feel right again. Cauliflower's naturally creamy properties make this soup taste rich without much help from butter or cream -- much to Julia Child's dismay. And it's spiked with garlic and topped with a toasted mustard seed/chili butter, making it better than almost any other cauliflower soup recipe we've seen.

Cauliflower is one of our favorite cold-weather produce options. We're happy to eat it roasted with nothing more than a little olive oil and salt, but we'd much rather eat it in this soup anyday.
