UK Gay Couple On Being Foster Parents To Disabled Children

A father and mother are still typically presented as the desirable norm for family life: usually portrayed laughing along with a couple of smiling, cherubic offspring. But families come in all shapes and sizes. There are more than two million one-parent households in the UK, and approximately 8,000 families comprising same-sex parents with children, according to the Office for National Statistics.
