After a short first season of their new show, the Roloffs said goodbye by celebrating Matt and Amy's 25th wedding anniversary. Amy even got back into her wedding dress for the special episode of "Little People Big World: Wedding Farm."
Through the years they've shared their lives on camera, Matt and Amy have had struggles in their marriage. There have been times when they weren't sure they wanted to be together anymore, with the idea of divorce hanging over them in a very real way. But all of that was cast aside on their anniversary, as the couple remembered why they fell in love in the first place. They've perhaps never looked happier.
"When we were both on the dance floor, for a moment, it really didn’t matter who was there. Or if anyone was there," Amy said.
Matt added, "We do feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. And we built this barn together, we built this farm, and we’ve raised these wonderful kids."
TLC has not made an announcement on the future of this new series, but it seems fairly likely the network will be checking in with the Roloffs again at some point, either in another special, a new season, or yet another series.
