SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Switzerland-based Kudelski SA, owner of interactive television pioneer OpenTV, sued Netflix Inc on Wednesday, alleging that the company infringed on patents that cover technology underpinning the fast-growing Internet video sector.
