'Be The Boss': Woman Earns Molly Maid Franchise, Calls It 'The American Dream' (VIDEO)

'Be The Boss': Woman Wins Molly Maid Franchise

Mariana Lima was surprised to find herself competing against another Molly Maid employee, Janet "KC" Brann, on the latest episode of "Be the Boss." As with other installments, the women thought they were competing for a big promotion within the company. But when Mariana was announced the winner, the show had a much bigger prize in mind.

Meg Roberts, CEO of Molly Maid, instead handed her the keys to her own franchise. "This is so cool. This means I have the freedom to be able to help all my family out," Mariana said.

She went on to say, "This is the American dream. This is what everybody seeks."

As for Molly Maid, Roberts said the producers of "Be the Boss" sought them out to be part of the series. "Female leadership in our company was a key component for them," she told AnnArbor.com. "Other companies tended to have more male leadership, and they wanted something different."

"Be the Boss" continues on Sundays at 11 p.m. EST on A&E.
