Andy Warhol Watches WWF Wrestling Match, Gets Excited... Sort Of (VIDEO)

Andy Warhol, Wrestling Fan?

Have you ever seen Andy Warhol get excited? Well we have footage of the Pop Art master at the self-described most exciting moment of his life, and the results may or may not be surprising, depending on how much you know about the notoriously deadpan artist.

This hilariously weird clip from 1985 features "Mean Gene" Okerlund interviewing Warhol backstage at WWF's "The War to Settle the Score" in New York. The combination of Okerlund's cheesy red bowtie and Warhol's revealing frightwig is enough to make us laugh. And then Warhol speaks.

"It's the best thing I've ever seen in my whole life... the most exciting thing," he says without a single ounce of enthusiasm. Oh, how we love you, Andy.
