Rush Limbaugh Reacts To Carol Costello NRA Segment: 'She's An Info-Babe' (AUDIO)

FEUD!

Rush Limbaugh responded to CNN host Carol Costello's Thursday segment on gun control.

Speaking on his radio show, Limbaugh imitated Costello urging members of the conservative media, including Limbaugh and Drudge, to "step away from the edge" of the gun control debate. Her segment was a response to Limbaugh and Drudge's outrage over Vice President Joe Biden's suggestion that the president could take executive action on gun control.

"See this [is a] great illustration of exactly what I'm talking about," Limbaugh said after replaying a clip from Costello's segment. "Here is a women—she is an anchor rep, an info-babe at a major cable news outlet who is clueless."

He mocked her voice and imitated her saying, "Nobody's overturning the second amendment."

He responded, "Carol, I'm 62. My whole life they have been dreaming of overturning the second amendment, and for many of these years they have said so! Everybody knows this! Where have you been?!"

Limbaugh then addressed the media at large. "The media has done nothing but try to destroy the NRA the last 18 days. The last 18 days they have tried to humiliate, destroy, obliterate Wayne LaPierre, the NRA, anybody else associated with it. People are buying guns at a record clip. Joining the NRA at a record clip. What do these people in the media think? I'll tell u what they think. They are ticked off. They think that people ought to be quitting the NRA; that people should be resigning from the NRA."

He then told his gun-owning listeners, "They're mad that you're buying guns. They're mad at the NRA ... What are people afraid of?"
